The department comprises state-of-the-art CNC lathes, including multitasking machines, multi-axis, with driven tools e automated loading and unloading systems, used both for CNC bar turning and for second-operation CNC turning.

In the department there are state-of-the-art CNC machining centres with 5 multi-axis continuous, 4-axis horizontal and 3-axis vertical centres served by robotic systems for workpiece and/or gripping tool loading and unloading. There is also a tool presetter which allows tools to be measured and prepared prior to their use, significantly reducing machine setup times and improving the efficiency of the production process.
The area dedicated to the assembly of subassemblies is organised according to Lean Production principles and is equipped with up-to-date technical tooling for the assembly of even complex components. Metrology Room

Quality has always been a central element of our company system and all production undergoes rigorous checks thanks to the use of advanced measurement and control instruments.
Dimensional and quality checks are initially carried out by the machine operator and subsequently by the quality manager inside a climate-controlled metrology room, equipped with the latest measurement instruments.
This allows us to guarantee the maximum precision in dimensional and surface surveys during all production stages and in the final testing.
We have a automatic 5-axis CMM machine.
We are also able to provide our clients detailed reports of the dimensional controls carried out, both according to our standard formats and according to customised formats requested by the client.
